A LEADING Aberdeen based industrial cleaning and waste disposal company has appointed a new senior accountant.
Jeremy Parker, 58, has joined MS Industrial Services Limited (MSIS), and will head up the accounts department from the company’s Invergordon base.
A former finance director and experienced chartered accountant, Mr Parker has held numerous posts in industry and commerce, while also working for a time in the construction industry.
MSIS managing director, David Skinner was delighted to announce Mr Parker’s appointment.
He said: “We are incredibly fortunate to have secured the services of such an experienced specialist, and we are extremely confident Mr Parker will quickly become an invaluable part of the MSIS team.
“Jeremy has joined us at a pivotal time where growth is our main focus. We are looking forward to the many challenges and opportunities that lie ahead in 2007.”
Mr Parker said: “I am so pleased to have become part of the MSIS team. The company’s growth potential is vast, and its recent breakthrough into the overseas oil and gas industry, in particular, is testimony to the company’s capabilities.”
Working in a variety of sectors, MSIS undertakes waste management, high pressure jetting, CCTV surveys, vacuum tanker hire, specialist coatings, oil spill response services, environmental management services and vacuum transfer systems (VTS).
